Business Development Executive / Manager (IT Sales)

About Us: RTNS is a fast-growing IT and digital solutions provider specializing in cybersecurity, digital marketing, software development, and IT infrastructure services. We are looking to strengthen our on-the-ground sales force with a dynamic and result-driven Field IT Sales Executive.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage in field sales to promote and sell:
    • Digital marketing services
    • Website design & development solutions
    • Software products and custom applications
  • Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
  • Meet potential clients, deliver presentations, and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align sales strategy
  • Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts

 

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2 to 5 years of proven field sales experience in IT/Digital services
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, and software solutions
  • Minimum Graduate, preferably with a B.Tech/BCA background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with a go-getter attitude
  • Having your own BIKE will be preferred
